Pre-orders are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. We cannot guarantee availability if demand exceeds supply.

2. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping dates are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, supplier issues, or other factors. Light Provisions will notify customers of any significant delays.

3. Refund Policy for Delays
In the event of a significant delay beyond [X] days, you may request a full refund of your pre-order.

4. Non-Refundable Deposit (If applicable):
Some pre-orders may require a non-refundable deposit. If the pre-order is canceled by the customer, this deposit will not be refunded.

5. Price Guarantee:
The price at the time of your pre-order is locked in, even if the price changes closer to or after release.

6. Product Modifications:
Light Provisions reserves the right to make changes to the design, materials, or specifications of the pre-order product before the release date. Customers will be notified if any significant changes are made.

7. Multiple Pre-orders in One Order:
If you place multiple pre-order items in a single order, each item will ship separately as it becomes available unless otherwise noted. Items from different collections may ship separately, but items from the same collection will typically ship together.

8. Limited Pre-order Quantities:
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items per customer, per household, or per order, at our discretion.

9. Pre-order Cancellation by Light Provisions:
Light Provisions reserves the right to cancel any pre-orders at our discretion. In such cases, customers will be refunded in full.

10. International Shipping (if applicable):
International pre-orders may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
