Shipping & Local Delivery Policies

 

1. Shipping Methods and Processing Time:

   • All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Flat Rate, First Class or UPS Ground.
   • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days from our location in Colorado Springs, CO.

 

1. Transit Times:

   • We  cannot guarantee shipping transit times and can't be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier service.
   • Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time.
     

 

1. Local Delivery:

   • Local delivery is available exclusively for the Colorado Springs area.
   • Unfortunately, we are unable to coordinate specific delivery times due to time constraints.
   • Email notifications will be sent out when orders are on their way and delivered to your doorstep. 

   • Please be aware that the following areas are not included in our local delivery service: Monument, Palmer Lake, Security, Widefield, Peyton, Fountain, Cascade, Manitou, and Woodland Park.
